Vassiliko Cement Works

Vassiliko Cement Works Ltd, a Cyprus based producer of cement was established in 1963. Its plant located in the area of Vassilikou became operational in 1967. ISO Certified by the International Quality Certificate ISO 2002, Vassiliko is committed to continuous improvement and technical upgrading; and efforts to better serve its customers. For this purpose it purchased a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution that would assist in managing and increasing their customer relationship value, even more crucial in view of Cyprus entering the European Union with the anticipated increase in competition.

They begun an extensive evaluation of International CRM solutions and providers and selected NetU for the proposed solution that meet’s their requirements.
